Noon o Panir

The perfect simple breakfast: Noon o Paneer (Bread and Cheese).

Typically, I have Barbari bread (thick bread) that I will toast and have with some cheese and tomato. The cheese is usually French or Bulgarian feta cheese, and typically there will be sliced cucumbers with walnuts and Sabzi (fresh herbs) on the size. Sabzi is usually a mix of sweet basil, mint, tarragon, cilantro, and dill.

Using your two utensils, your left and right hands place a piece of cheese on the bread with some sabzi and a cucumber slice and enjoy.
